Return Process:

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected. If you wish to return an item, please follow these simple steps:

1. Contact Us First: To initiate a return, kindly reach out to our customer service team at [email protected]. Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and the item(s) you wish to return. This will help us process your return as quickly as possible.
2. Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After this period, we are unable to accept returns. We recommend checking your items as soon as they arrive to ensure everything is in perfect condition.
3. Eligibility for Return: In order to be eligible for a return, the product must be:
   • Unused and in its original condition.
   • Returned in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
   • Free from any damage or signs of wear.
4. Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send the product back. Please note that we cannot accept returns without an RMA number.

Return Shipping Costs:

• Free Return Shipping: If your return is due to a product defect, incorrect item shipped, or a shipping error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
• Customer-Paid Return Shipping: If you are returning an item for reasons such as changing your mind or no longer needing the product, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout, and you will receive an email confirmation when your refund is complete. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

• Processing Time: Returns are typically processed within 7-10 business days from the date we receive the returned item.
• Restocking Fee: Please note that a small restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to certain items, particularly large or bulky products, to cover the cost of reconditioning and repackaging.

Exchanges:

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different color, size, or style, the quickest way to do so is to initiate a return and place a new order for the replacement item. Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

Damaged or Defective Items:

We take great care to ensure that all of our products arrive in perfect condition, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Be sure to include photos of the damage or defect, as this will help us process your claim quickly and efficiently. In these cases, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement item at no extra charge to you.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are non-returnable:

• Products that are custom-made or personalized.
• Clearance or final sale items.
• Opened or used items that are not in resellable condition.
